Delivery Times

Your packages will be shipped within 24-48 hours of payment receipt and sent via courier. We offer various shipping options, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 6 working days, depending on the zone and holidays. You can view exact details during the checkout process.

Inspection Upon Receipt

When you receive your order, please follow these instructions carefully:

1. Check that the number of received parcels matches what is indicated in the delivery documents.
2. Inspect each parcel externally for signs of possible damage or tampering.
3. If you notice obvious signs of damage, such as dents or boxes in poor condition, please note "PACKAGE VISIBLY DAMAGED" before signing the delivery receipt.

Failure to report evident damages at the time of delivery and without proper annotations may result in us being unable to accept refund or replacement requests.

Warranty and Support

All our products are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of delivery, except for refurbished products, which have a 12-month warranty. The warranty does not cover damages caused by negligence, improper use, impacts, or incorrect installation. For computer products, it does not cover virus removal or software reinstallation.

Billing Assistance

Regarding billing, we issue fiscal receipts for all orders, included in the package. In case you require an invoice, kindly provide the required information during the payment process. Please note that, starting from January 1st, 2019, invoices must be transmitted through the Electronic Invoicing system. It's your responsibility to provide accurate data to ensure the correct issuance of the invoice.

As our customer, in order to fulfill this obligation, we kindly request you to provide the following information at the time of payment via the "Message to Seller" option:

- SDI / PEC (Electronic Data Interchange / Certified Electronic Mail)
- Full Legal Name
- Registered Office (complete street address)
- VAT Number and Tax Identification Number

Regarding invoice requests from private individuals, it will be sufficient to provide Name, Surname, residential address, and Tax Identification Number. In the event that the provided data is incomplete, incorrect, or provided after payment has been made, iNet-Store.it cannot guarantee the issuance of the Invoice.
